For the poor of the migrants who had been driven out from their homes and wealth, and were seeking the Bounty and Pleasure from Allah, and are helping Allah and His Messenger, such are the Truthful.
Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world today, the system of Zakath (welfare tax) mentioned in verse 9:60 is not being implemented. Therefore, priority should be given to spending all resources—including wealth, knowledge, and influence—for propagating Adhikr, which purifies the soul, for the benefit of all mankind. Additionally, financial support should be provided for organic farming, planting fruit-bearing trees, and assisting the indigent, poor, and orphans who are struggling financially, as explained in verses 76:8-9.
