For the poor of the migrants who had been driven out from their homes and wealth, and were seeking the Bounty and Pleasure from Allah, and are helping Allah and His Messenger, such are the Truthful.
Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, there is no implementation of the Zakath (welfare tax) system told in verse 9: 60. So today, preference should be given in spending all favors, including wealth, Knowledge, influence, etc., for propagating Adhikr—the Book for purifying the soul—for entire mankind, and for organic cultivation and planting fruit-producing trees, and for giving financial help for food and clothing for the indigents, poor, orphans, etc., among mankind who are suffering financial crises as explained in verses 76: 8-9.
